Returns

Our Returns policy for our products is as follows:

Bespoke Garments

As these products are bespoke and made to order just for you/your team, we can only accept returns in the event of a manufacturing error. Your bespoke garments may be returned up to 6 months after the date of delivery if there is a manufacturing fault.

As per Trading Standards guidelines, faults on garments over 6 months old (from the date of delivery) are deemed to be caused by wear and tear and can no longer be considered as faulty goods.

Your return postage costs will be refunded if the return was necessary due to an error on our part only; to a maximum of £8 in the UK and up to £25 worldwide.

Your returns will be processed within 15 days.

If you request a refund and this is granted, a refund will be made via the original payment method.

Customised Stock Garments

As these stock products are customised for you/your team, we can only accept returns in the event of a manufacturing error. Your customised stock garments may be returned up to 28 days after the date of delivery if there is a manufacturing fault.

Your return postage costs will be refunded if the return was necessary due to an error on our part only; to a maximum of £8 in the UK and up to £25 worldwide.

Your returns will be processed within 15 days.
